Basic site rules

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security, impersonate another person, upload malware, or submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or privacy-invasive material.

Your ownership and authority

You keep ownership of material you submit. You represent that you own it or have all permissions needed to share it and grant the rights described here. If another person is identifiable or contributed to the material, you are responsible for obtaining any needed consent.

Stories, evidence, photos, and videos

When you give permission to feature a submission, you grant Weird & Whatever a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, edit, excerpt, discuss, display, distribute, and promote that material in connection with the podcast, its website, broadcasts, social channels, and promotional materials. The show may identify you, use a first name, or present the material without attribution at its editorial discretion.

Original music submissions

You represent that you control the composition, recording, artwork, performance, and other rights needed for the submitted track. You grant Weird & Whatever a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to evaluate, play, excerpt, reproduce, and promote the submission in connection with the show and its channels. Ownership remains with the applicable rights holders.

Submission does not guarantee airplay, promotion, feedback, compensation, or a continuing rotation. Clean, explicit, and instrumental versions are accepted when accurately labeled.

Editorial decisions and removal requests

The show may accept, decline, edit, stop using, or remove a submission at any time. You may request that future use stop by contacting the official @weirdandwhatever Instagram account. Removal from third-party platforms, broadcasts, downloads, or archives may not always be possible.

Point Paranormal and psychic readings

Point Paranormal is Vickie’s independent business. Reading availability, pricing, payment, scheduling, and service arrangements are handled separately from the Weird & Whatever Podcast. Psychic readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only and are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.

No promises and limitation of responsibility

The site and its content are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, results, airplay, publication, or response. To the extent permitted by law, Weird & Whatever and its participants are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or submitted material.

Age, changes, and governing law

You must be an adult with legal authority to agree to these terms, or submit with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. We may revise these terms as the site evolves. Florida law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
